Since you can't flip your bed, you can rotate it instead. This will even out wear. Also consider using mattress toppers. Although most memory beds have integrated pads or toppers, you can increase comfort level by using the topper. This will also lessen the damages to your primary bed.

Your mattress should last 5 years longer than it normally would if you use these preventive measures. Extend the average life of your memory foam mattress so you can enjoy more of its benefits.
